Dave Curcio has worked in the construction industry for over a decade. He has held many different roles, from an installer to a sales manager for a large construction company. He decided to start his own company in order to offer a better overall experience for his customers. He believes in using the highest quality materials and craftmanship while providing top notch customer service. He is a managing partner and lives in Long Valley, NJ with his daughter and their 2 adorable golden doodles.

Ryan Watson grew up in a family of builders and has always been passionate about construction. He has an eye for detail and loves to get his hands dirty. Always on the lookout for new products and technology, he stays up to date with current trends and constantly strives to be the best in the business. Ryan is the General Manager and Co-Founder. He lives in Livingston with his wife and two sons.
